We are a friendly and approachable team of professional ex nannies and maternity nurses, who fully understand the challenges of acquiring quality, high calibre, childcare and housekeepers.
Our consultants have progressed in to the field of recruitment, after working extensively within childcare. We are confident that we are fully equipped to provide you, with a professional, yet insightful service, to meet your personal needs.
Our consultants have a combined experience of over 24 years in childcare and over 14 years in the recruitment industry, including overseas and uk placements.
Our consultancy team is lead by four dynamic individuals:
Renata: Founder and Manager
Renata has worked in the childcare industry for over 8 years and has also studied child behavioural psychology. Previously she ran a branch of a computer service company, giving her much business acumen and management skills. She is passionate about children and likes to always keep abreast of modern developments in childcare. As a working mother of two, she well understands the tribulations of employing childcare, and as an ex-nanny she has great visibility from all angles.
Rebecca: Senior Consultant and Office Manager
Rebecca qualified as a NNEB nanny in 2000 and started her career as a private nanny in Italy, then spending the following 3 years as a private nanny overseas in places such as Austria, France, Germany, Switzerland and Corsica. In 2002 she became an area manager in charge of 5 nurseries in the southern alps of France for 2 years running a team of up to 40 nannies, she then decided to put her knowledge to the test and took over the childcare recruitment for a multi national holiday company based in London specialising in winter ski recruiting for over 7 foreign countries before joining us at Happy Home.
Ewa: Account manager – Nannies and Nanny housekeepers
Ewa has recently joined Happy Home Staff as an administrator/consultant. Ewa is an experienced child carer who also still works on the frontline as a part-time afternoon nanny. She thus uses her invaluable experience of working with families in choosing the right candidates for the positions we advertise and choosing the right candidates for the job.
Kris: Technology and Operations
Kris has a colourful background including honours degree in Biology, 10 years experience in managing technology in blue chip organisations, as well as a C&G diploma in Chefing! Kris provides the oil to the inner workings of the agency to make sure that Renata and her team can service your needs smoothly.
