Our Team

Renata Papcunova: Founder and Manager

Renata has worked in the childcare industry for over 8 years and has also studied child behavioural psychology. Previously she ran a branch of a computer service company, giving her much business acumen and management skills. She is passionate about children and likes to always keep abreast of modern developments in childcare. As a working mother of two, she well understands the tribulations of employing childcare, and as an ex-nanny she has great visibility from all angles.

Rebecca Wheeler: Senior Consultant and Office Manager

Rebecca is a qualified nanny who came to work for Happy Home in 2006 and has been invaluable member of staff since. Before coming to work for Happy Home, she worked for a multinational travel company, recruiting nannies for their crèches in 7 countries. Rebecca is very much involved in the running of Happy Home and its success is very much thanks to her. Rebecca is at the moment on Maternity leave until the end of the 2011.

Heather Scott: PA

Heather is our back bone to our business. She worked for eight years in an administrative role, before joining our team at Happy Home in 2010. Heather mainly deals with candidates, booking them for interviews with consultants, checking references, carrying out CRB checks. Heather is also the one who organises are open evening and writes the newsletters for our candidates. Heather is a perfectionist, makes gorgeous cupcakes and likes to go to gym.

Anna Bieniek: Senior Consultant

Anna is a newest member of our team, but certainly not a novice in working in domestic staffing. Anna used to work for one of the market leaders in this industry for more than 3 years before joining our team. It is very clear that Anna loves her job and, as with Sally, is very passionate about her work. She always finds time to speak to her candidates, which strengthens her relationship with them. Anna is always full of ideas and is a great team player. Anna manages our Domestic Staff desk, placing Nanny/Housekeepers and Cooks, and soon to take on the new Elderly Companion desk.

Camelia Bratu: Senior Consultant

Camelia joined our team last year to set up our Cleaner Plus desk. Camelia herself worked as a Housekeeper for many years, and came to us with excellent references. Camelia is very house-proud herself and expects our Cleaner Pluses to also deliver exceptional service. Camelia meets the clients in person to understand their needs and expectations, to then select the right Cleaner Plus and train them in the clients’ home making sure the clients’ expectations are met. Camelia is very conscientious and gets really involved in her work.

Kris: Technology and Operations

Kris has a colourful background including honours degree in Biology, 10 years experience in managing technology in blue chip organisations, as well as a C&G diploma in Chefing! Kris is the master of our database and has developed our unique, proprietary software for Happy Home. Kris’s main concern is always the safety and security of our data, so he regularly keeps up to date with the latest technology to make sure our data is well protected. Kris loves cycling, cooking and has a love-hate relationship with our computers.
