We are a professional, but personal agency and with that, here is some information about us.

Renata - Managing director

Renata has worked in the childcare industry for over 8 years and has also studied child behavioural psychology. Previously she ran a branch of a computer service company, giving her much business acumen and management skills. She is passionate about children and likes to always keep abreast of modern developments in childcare. As a working mother of two, she well understands the tribulations of employing childcare, and as an ex-nanny she has great visibility from all angles.

Rebecca - Consultant

Rebecca qualified as a NNEB nursery nurse in 2000 and started her career working as a private nanny in Italy, she then spent the following 3 years working as a nanny for a holiday company in places such as Austria, France, Switzerland and Corsica. She became an area manager in charge of 5 nurseries in the southern alps in France for 2 years and then decided to put her knowledge to the test. She took over the childcare recruitment for a multi national holiday company specialising in skiing before joining us here.

Lucia - Resourcer

Lucia has a background in business and HR. She has taken to her resourcing role like a fish to water. She has real morale integrity and realises the value of vetting when it comes to accepting professional childcarers on to our books.

Kris - Director of technology and operations

Kris has a colourful background including honours degree in Biology, 10 years experience in managing technology in blue chip organisations, as well as a C&G diploma in Chefing! Kris provides the oil to the inner workings of the agency to make sure that Renata and her team can service your needs smoothly.
