The agency still runs on the same values now as it did when it started.

We understand how hard it is to employ someone to replace yourself when it comes to being responsible for your most precious possessions, and so we look for people who will shine through.

We prefer that all our placements start as a trial. This is the best way to ensure the placement will work. We get no satisfaction from a forced placement.
