Eunice is a mature, energetic and polite child friendly housekeeper cook, she has over 18 years experience working in private homes, Eunice is a extremely experienced and professional housekeeper, she is more than willing to do the heavy cleaning in the home, in her last role caring of a 4 storey 6 bed roomed home, cleaning the bathrooms and bed rooms, making the beds, caring for antiques, silver and brass, crystal, marble and limestone, as well as those extra special housekeeper touches such as organising wardrobes, cupboards and taking charge of on line shopping, deliveries, reception duties and dealing with maintenance staff, she is able to double up and take on PA duties. Eunice loves to cook, she has experience of cooking for a family of 4 in her most recent role, 2 of whom were vegetarian so she is more than used to preparing 2 dishes at once for a hungry family, Eunice also has vast experience cooking for dinner parties of up to 12 people, from preparing fresh roasted lamb and chicken, couscous with roasted vegetables, grilled and baked fish with steamed vegetables, quorn based meals and basic traditional family cooking such as cottage pie, spaghetti bolognaise and lasagne, she is a keen baker who can prepare delicious desserts and starters, with this comes her ability to prepare tables for dinner parties and have that formal and informal eye for detail. Eunice has worked with children of all ages, from 2 years upwards but has worked more recently with teenage children in the home; she is extremely versatile and describes herself as patient, adaptable and hardworking. Eunice is looking for a full time live out role in London. |
