| Previous Experience: | | Dates | Location | Description | | Sept 2009 - Present | St Johns Wood | A part time live out role with a family who had 2 children aged 2.5 and 6 months, The role starts at lunch time each day and Rahmiye works through to the late evening time with babysitting several times per week and also when needed at weekends, The role is mainly sole charge of the youngest child so mum can spend time with the eldest child on a one to one basis, Rahmiye takes charge of the children’s care from preparing meals for them, bathing, helping with weaning, potty training, nap times and keeping their rooms and toys tidy, reading singing, dancing, and going out to parks, libraries, friend’s houses and taking part in art and crafts. The role is ended as the mother of the family is due to finish her studies at university and they need to re look at the childcare options. | | Jan 2009 – Sept 2009 | London | A full – part time role for 3 days per week as a nanny housekeeper caring for a little girl aged 8 months and her brother aged 3 years – the position falls on a Monday Tuesday and Friday from 9am – 6pm – both parents work from home so although they are around the role is sole charge, each day Rahmiye takes charge of the children’s general routines, from repaint breakfast and lunch and cooking an evening meal – to preparing bottles, feeds, implementing a sleep routine and making sure both children have stimulating and fun activities to take part in like picnics, walks, play dates, visiting the park and paying jigsaws and games – she loves to sing with them and read stories, The role doesn’t include any housekeeping although Rahmiye likes to make sure she is keeping the home clean and maintained as the youngest child is crawling especially, We have received a written reference from this family who have told us that Rahmiye is a professional hardworking lady who has a high level of initiative and a great imagination. | | Jan – Feb 2009 | London | A temporary position as a nanny and mothers help for a new mum who ha a caesarean section and was unable to pick up the baby – the role including taking charge of the families 2 children aged 10 weeks and 3 years, this was for 4 days per week whilst the families normal nanny was away on holiday – the role including taking charge of the youngest child sleep and feeding routines, preparing bottles, feeds, changing bathing and lots of cuddling, Rahmiye would take charge of the eldest child, cooking for him at lunch and dinner times, and organising fun and stimulating activities for im such as visiting the park, reading, art and crafts and baking. | | 2005 – 2009 | London | After this role Rahmiye married and her husband set up his own building business which Rahmiye ran for him behind the scenes, she was in charge of all office admin work, quotes, finances, bookings, payroll and health and safety – this was a full time role and the business grew. The role at the start of the year due to finances. | | Dec 2002 – 2005 | London | A full time nanny housekeeper role for a family with a 5 week old little boy, the role was mainly sole charge as mum was at work from 8.30am to 4.30pm each weekday – the role was t take charge of his personal needs, from preparing bottles, feeds, sterilising and incorporating a strict routine in to his day for sleeping and feeding, though the 3 years Rahmiye took on his potty training, weaning stages and helped him to develop his language, they would take part in many activities from play dates, soft play centres, swimming, arts and crafts, light baking and trips out to the park and places of interest, The role also included light nursery duties and laundry. Each evening as he grew Rahmiye took charge of the cooking for the little boy from scratch – healthy meals. The role ended when the little boy went off to pre school nursery. At the weekend Rahmiye would also do extra babysitting for him and she also cared for a 7 month old baby together at night times making sure they both had their personal needs met and were in a strict routine. We have received a written reference from this family who have described Rahmiye as very trustworthy sensitive to children’s needs and now a good friend. | | Nov 2001 – Dec 2002 | Croydon | A full time au pair role for a single parent family and 2 children aged 7 and 12 years, the father of the children lived at home and would help with breakfast each morning and Rahmiye would take charge of the uniforms and getting the youngest child off to school – after school in the evenings she would collect both children and then bring them home and supervise home work time and after school activities mainly for the youngest child – like going out to the park, on cycle rides and then n the holidays they would have day trips out, picnic, visit to museums and parks, Each evening Rahmiye would cook for all 3 of the family from scratch and then take charge of the cleaning, laundry and ironing of the 3 bed roomed home. The role ended when Rahmiyes au - pair visa ran out and she moved in to some nanny housekeeper roles. | | January 2001 – Nov 2001 | Croydon | A live in au pair role was the first position that Rahmiye took on here in the UK, the role was to take charge of a family with 2 children aged 3 and 7 years, each morning she would wake with the children and prepare breakfast for the family. After this she would arrange the school runs and packed lunches and escort the youngest child to nursery. In the day time Rahmiye attended school and then she would collect both children in the afternoon and bring them home – they would take part in a range of activities from art and craft swimming, pla dates, visit to the park, writing and reading and she would be in charge of homework time for the eldest child, After bath and bed time Rahmiye would take charge of the light cleaning of the home although they also had a cleaner – the role ended in November 01 as the family decided to take their youngest out of nursery and they needed full time care for him – and Rahmiye was studying in the day time. |
