| Previous Experience: | | Dates | Location | Description | | Feb 2010 - Present | Gloucester Road | A full time live in position for a high profile and busy family home, generally from Monday to Friday from 7am – 6pm, the role is to take charge of the children aged 4 and 6 years and arranging their day to day activities each morning before the nanny comes and takes over for the school runs, Jay works alongside a butler and a nanny and a chef. Jay takes charge of the housekeeping and cleaning in the day time and the family have a large 5 bed roomed home, cleaning from top to bottom, laundry and ironing and shopping and arranging shopping and flowers, the family have a lot of silver and brass and antiques which needs extra special care. Jay also cooks for the children in the evening, cooking from scratch healthy and nutritious meals. At the end of the day Jay arranges bath and bed tome for the children and then cleans the home ready for the next mornings. Jay is looking to move on to a role less formal household. | | 2007 – Sept 2009 | West Hampstead | A full time live out role for a family with 2 children aged 12 and 17 years, the role was to take charge of the families large 3 bed roomed 2 storey home, each day she would clean the home from top to bottom, take charge of making the beds laundry and ironing and dry cleaning, the family has some antiques and silver but the home was very modern, the family had one dog which Jutarat would take charge of walking him and feeding him daily. Each evening she would also cook for the family of 4, and the parents would also hold several dinner parties each month, Jutarat would cook for up to 10 people at the functions normally 3 course with some canapés to start. The role also included some admin duties and Jutarat would help out with things such as admin, booking restaurants, taking charge of the post and shopping for the children’s Christmas gifts. The role came and an end when Jutarat wanted to take an extended break in Thailand till December. We have received a wonderful written reference from this family who have told us that Jutarat is extremely caring, punctual, loving, reliable and honest. | | 2005 – 2007 | Notting Hill | A full time live in role for a busy family with 4 children aged 8.11.17 and 19 years, Jutarat would work from Monday to Saturday 7am – 7pm and would take charge of the cleaning of the families large 5 bed roomed 4 storey Victorian home, the home had several collections of antiques, crystal, silver and brass and they need special care and attention, she would also make the beds, take charge of the laundry and ironing, sewing and dry cleaning – she would also arrange all of the food shopping and deliveries and cook for the family of 6 each evening from scratch using fresh ingredients. The role ended when the family had to give away the separate apartment they had provided for Jutarat. | | 2003 – 2005 | Kingston Surrey | A full time live in role for a family with 2 grown up children aged 13 and 22 years. The role was to take charge of the families cleaning and housekeeping from top to bottom, making sure their large 6 bed roomed home was cleaned to a high standard, the family also had a part time cleaner once a week who would come in and take charge of the deep cleaning of the bathrooms, Jutarat would take charge of the organising of the home from cleaning out wardrobes, deliveries, helping with shopping for Christmas ad birthday presents to the more household duties such as dry cleaning, laundry and ironing, the family has a traditional house which held a lot of antique, silver and brass collections and Jutarat would take charge of caring for these, they also had some fine art and treated wooden floors and marble in the home which were tenderly cared for. A large part of the role would be cooking for the family every evening but also cooking for regular dinner parties the family held, from preparing canapés for 50 plus guests to a buffet for 30 and a sit down 3 course meal for 20, Jutarat would have some help with the cleaning afterwards but she did all the cooking and preparing from scratch herself, The role was challenging and always diverse, the role came to a sad end when the family separated. | | 2001 – 2003 | Egham Surrey | A full time live in role for a high profile family in Surrey, The role was very formal and Jutarat took charge of the housekeeping and cleaning of a large 5 bed roomed Georgian home, the family has 2 grown up children who still lived at home and Jutarat would take charge of their personal diary management when required, from cleaning the home from top to bottom, taking charge of the linen, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning. The family had a business which they ran from home and would have guests every lunch time, Jutarat would cook breakfast and then cook a buffet meal for the guests each lunch time and then cook for the family in the evening time, and occasionally dinner parties, the role came to and end as Jutarat wanted a less formal home. | | 1997 – 2001 | Twickenham | A full time live in nanny housekeeper role for a family with 2 children aged 13 and 5 years, the role was full time from 7am – 7pm Monday to Saturday and Jutarat would take charge of getting the children up and ready for school in the morning times, preparing breakfast for the whole family and then doing the school runs with mum, during the day time she would take charge of the in depth cleaning of the families 5 bed roomed 3 storey home, she would take charge of the general laundry and ironing, cleaning, making sure the home was prefect for a lot of guests the family had, she would also arrange all of the shopping and food deliveries for the family and cook for them every evening from scratch using fresh and healthy ingredients, she would also cook cat Christmas and special occasions, the role ended in 99 when Jutarat went to work with her mother who was again running her own restaurant up until 2001 when she retired from the restaurant business. | | 1995 – 1998 | South Kensington | A full time live in role for a family with 2 children aged 11 and 18 years, the role was to take charge of the families general housekeeping, cooking and cleaning, each day from 7am – 7pm Jutarat would take charge of the leaning of the 5 bed roomed home, laundry and ironing, each evening she would also cook for the family from scratch and supervise the youngest Childs home work time, the home was modern and has some pure wooden floors and wooden treated furniture which needed caring for. The role ended when Jutarat was offered a more demanding and challenging role. | | 1992 – 1994 | South London | Jutarat and her mother opened their very own Thai restaurant, covering up to 50 covers every evening and with Jutarat taking charge of all the cooking, she would also with her mother take charge of the budgeting, accounts and deliveries, they designed the interior of the restaurant and rented this in south London, the restaurant was very successful but after 2 years of working 7 days a week Jutarat found that she needed some time out to relax and take on less responsibility. | | 1991 – 1992 | Willesden green | A full time live in role for a family with 2 children aged 14 and 17 years, the role included taking charge of the cleaning and general running of the families household from top to bottom, making sure the 4 bed roomed home was spotless and to a high standard of presentation at all time, the role would also include taking charge of the general home maintenance, arranging deliveries, shopping for the family and also cooking for the family of 4 each evening and for small family gatherings on special occasions. The role ended when The family were not able to offer the market rate at that time for salary. |
