At Happy Home Childcare we have a simple goal – to provide the best domestic childcare and housekeeping staff for our clients. Happy Home Childcare is dedicated to placing professional child care and other domestic staff to families and other non commercial clients.
There has been a lot of noise lately in the news about nanny agencies not making the right checks or not being thorough, and even trying to place people in positions they are not qualified for.
We are not one of these agencies
We will make sure that a full check has been performed and we will be honest with you as to what positions you are capable of performing, based on your qualifications and experience.
We also understand that being a nanny is a professional career choice and leads to positions of significant responsibility. We try to ensure that the families are aware of this and we actively promote the value of having a nanny.
Furthermore, we also know that some nannies and housekeepers have a dim view of agencies, due to poor experiences with them in the past. We know that a common complaint is that agencies sometimes ignore candidates. We have a system in our proprietary database to highlight those candidates with whom we have not had contact in over a week, in order to ensure we don't make this mistake. We are keen to work with you to make sure you get the most out of us, and that we establish a good relationship with you. We always welcome feedback..
